K-pop giant HYBE initiates audit of subsidiary ADOR, calls for CEO Min Hee Jin's resignation over independence suspicions.

K-pop industry giant HYBE (parent company of BTS) has initiated an audit of its subsidiary ADOR, founder of popular group NewJeans, and called for CEO Min Hee Jin's resignation. HYBE suspects ADOR attempted to gain independence and has demanded a shareholders' meeting to hold the management accountable, while also requesting the addition of an HYBE-appointed director. HYBE owns 80% of ADOR.
