The Light Brigade Hotel, a historic pub and live sports venue in Sydney's Paddington, is up for sale at an estimated $20 million. The Bayfields family, who purchased the pub in 2015 and spent $5 million on improvements, including adding a rooftop bar with harbor views, plans to focus on their other venues at Dee Why and Belrose.
