CDS Gen Anil Chauhan embarks on an official visit to France to strengthen bilateral defence ties, which have gained considerable momentum in recent years. Chauhan will interact with French senior civil and military leadership, including CEMA General Thierry Burkhard, IHEDN Director, and Director General Armament. Visits to French Space Command, Land Forces Command, and addressing student officers at Ecole Militaire are also planned. Chauhan will engage with leading defence industries in France, such as Safran Group, Naval Group, and Dassault Aviation.
