60-year-old man dies after being struck by a vehicle in Portsmouth on Saturday morning. The accident occurred on the 5000 block of Portsmouth Boulevard near City Park Avenue. Police responded just before noon and found the pedestrian with life-threatening injuries, who was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
