24-year-old Mohamed Abdullahi Ali, previously released without bail for an alleged attack on a man walking his daughter home in Rochester, has been issued an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court. Ali and two others were charged for the incident involving a handgun and nearly 500 suspected fentanyl pills; Ali faces a felony count of second-degree riot with a dangerous weapon. Another suspect, 35-year-old Shueb Noor, faces charges including second-degree assault, second-degree riot, and drug charges.
