37-year-old Kansas man, Eugene Laurens, was arrested on April 18 for allegedly driving a stolen 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle found near Independence, Kansas. The motorcycle was reported stolen from Osage County, Oklahoma. Laurens was charged with possession of stolen property and taken to Montgomery County Department of Corrections, but is no longer in custody. The case remains under investigation.
