The UN Libya mission (UNSMIL) has called for an investigation into the death of detained activist Siraj Dughman, who died in custody at Rajma military camp. Dughman was arrested last year and was among five activists who were arbitrarily detained, according to UNSMIL. The UN mission also demanded the immediate release of other detainees being held "arbitrarily" by eastern-based authorities in Libya.
