Regina police are investigating a bear spray incident at the Brandt Centre during the First Nations University of Canada Spring Celebration Powwow. The incident occurred on Saturday night, when several people were assaulted with bear spray. The powwow was cancelled early after the incident, and witnesses described the suspect as a young male.
