Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean visits Germany to officiate the launch of Singapore's fourth Invincible-class submarine, the Inimitable, in Kiel. During his visit to Berlin, Teo meets German Federal Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius, Special Affairs Minister Wolfgang Schmidt, and other senior security officials to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional/global developments. Teo's delegation includes Senior Minister of State for Defence Heng Chee How.
