48 new food hygiene ratings were issued in Lancashire, with numerous pubs, bakeries, restaurants, and takeaways receiving four and five-star ratings. The Food Standards Agency scores food businesses from zero to five based on food handling, facility/building conditions, and how businesses manage food safety. Blackpool, Wyre, Chorley, Leyland, Penwortham, and other locations saw new ratings for various establishments.
