Indigenous Australian artist Archie Moore and Māori collective Mataaho won top prizes at the 60th Venice Biennale. Moore received the Golden Lion for Best National Participation for his installation "kith and kin", a genealogical chart tracing his 65,000-year ancestry, while Mataaho Collective won the Golden Lion for the main exhibition for their installation "Takapau".
