In a holiday-shortened week, India's top 10 valued companies, led by TCS and Infosys, saw their market valuations decline by ₹1.40 lakh crore. TCS faced the largest hit, with its valuation dropping by ₹62,538.64 crore to ₹13,84,804.91 crore, while Infosys's valuation decreased by ₹30,488.12 crore to ₹5,85,936.45 crore. In contrast, Bharti Airtel, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, and Life Insurance Corporation of India saw gains.
