The court's judgment on April 15 noted that "relative impotency" is a known phenomenon different from normal impotence, which is the inability to copulate. The court considered the couple's agony of frustration and deemed it a fitting case to help young "sufferers of marriage" who couldn't connect mentally, emotionally, or physically.
