Hamilton County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee recovered a stolen truck from Georgia using its automatic license plate reader (ALPR) system. Deputies arrested the driver, Kelvin Don Cobb, charged with theft of property and violation of open container. This is the fourth stolen vehicle recovered by the force in recent weeks, thanks to the ALPR system added to all marked patrol vehicles last year.
