EastEnders' Jamie Borthwick, who plays character Jay Brown, will participate in the London Marathon as his on-screen persona to pay tribute to late wife Lola, who passed away from a brain tumour. The actor, who has portrayed Jay since 2006, will be joined by Emma Barton, who plays Honey, in a storyline that intertwines with reality. Both actors will be running for separate charities while filming the soap.
