Chicago Bulls EVP of basketball operations, Arturas Karnisovas, took responsibility for the team's 2nd consecutive missed playoffs season and vowed to make changes. Despite having no salary cap space, he plans to re-sign DeMar DeRozan and bring back coach Billy Donovan. Karnisovas expressed the need for new strategies this offseason, stating he's thinking about winning, not maintaining the middle ground.
