38-year-old Rochester man, Patrick John Gaffron, accused of recording a woman in a grocery store bathroom, has reached a plea agreement. Gaffron's attorney filed a Petition to Enter a Guilty Plea in Olmsted County Court for two felony counts of interference with privacy. The incident occurred in April last year when the woman confronted Gaffron, who fled the store and was later identified by surveillance camera footage.
