A Portland man, William A. Wingo, 33, is facing domestic violence charges among other crimes after reportedly lighting a trailer on fire with a Molotov cocktail. On April 18th, Portland Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at a trailer at Southeast 162nd Avenue and Southeast Division Street. The fire was determined to be arson, with a man and woman near the fire when it began. Later that day, officers found a shopping cart containing suspected Molotov cocktails and identified Wingo as the suspect. Wingo attempted to flee but was apprehended by police.
