50-year-old man hospitalized after head-on crash on Putty Road near Singleton. A motorcycle and car collided at Milbrodale around 12:40 pm on April 20. The man, who was conscious at the scene, sustained leg and foot injuries and was admitted to John Hunter Hospital in stable condition. The road was closed for several hours before reopening at 4 pm, according to the police.
