33-year-old Lockport woman Kathryn Henry charged with 2nd-degree murder in connection with the death of Olcott man Michael Poole; another suspect in custody.
33-year-old Lockport woman Kathryn Henry has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 59-year-old Olcott man Michael Poole, whose body was found in the Town of Alabama, Genesee County, in March. Authorities allege that Henry conspired with another individual to kill Poole and conceal his body. A second suspect is also in custody in connection with the case.
