83-year-old former NFL executive Bill Tobin, who served as general manager for the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts, has died. Tobin worked as a scout for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 to 2022 and was considered a "true NFL success story" by Bengals president Mike Brown. Tobin also held director of player personnel roles at the Detroit Lions from 2001 to 2002 and at the Colts from 1994 to 1996.
