21-year-old Dominic Kirk arrested for indecent exposure in Kennewick, approaching females for directions and exposing himself.
21-year-old Dominic Kirk was arrested for indecent exposure in Kennewick, allegedly approaching two females for directions and exposing himself on April 12th and 16th. Detectives from the Criminal Apprehension Team identified him and arrested him at a residence. Kirk was booked into the Benton County Jail. The Kennewick Police Department is seeking any additional information and has provided a contact number for tips.
