14-year-old convicted for deadly Woodland crash, but not on murder charges. A teen who was 13 when the incident occurred was found guilty of two counts of vehicular manslaughter, evading police resulting in death and injury, child endangerment, vehicle theft, and driving without a license. The crash killed 43-year-old Tina Vital and her 4-year-old granddaughter, and critically injured two relatives.
