2-vehicle crash involving a stationary patrol car with its warning lights on occurred on April 19 on U.S. Highway 95 in Fruitland, Idaho. A 71-year-old man from New Plymouth hit the patrol car, injuring the Fruitland police officer and a 27-year-old man in custody. Both were transported to local hospitals, with the 27-year-old airlifted. Idaho State Police are investigating the incident.
