UConn freshman guard Stephon Castle has declared for the 2024 NBA Draft, becoming the school's second "one-and-done" player. The 6-foot-6 guard, who averaged 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists during his sole season as a Husky, is ranked 9th on ESPN's list of top 100 prospects for the draft. Castle joins teammates Donovan Clingan and Alex Karaban in declaring for the draft, while Cam Spencer and Tristen Newton have exhausted their eligibility.
