Garfield Heights man, Jaquar C. Richardson, was charged with his 6th OVI (Operating a Vehicle while Impaired) offense on April 19 after a traffic stop in Wayne County, Ohio. Richardson, who has been convicted of five previous OVI offenses, was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Wooster Post following a traffic violation on State Route 226 in Wooster Township. He is scheduled to appear in Wooster Municipal Court on April 24.
