2 suspects arrested for stealing & selling half a mile of railroad tracks in Old Saybrook, CT. Nicole Hooghkir, 38, and Jason Hubbard, 47, both of Clinton, face larceny and conspiracy charges. The tracks were used by Essex Steam Train and "North Pole Express". The tracks were owned by the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection since 1967 and leased to Valley Railroad Company.
