St. Louis Planned Parenthood appeals court order to disclose gender-transition care documents for minors.
Planned Parenthood of St. Louis and Southwest Missouri has appealed a ruling by the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis, requiring them to turn over documents about gender-transition care of minors to Missouri Attorney General, Andrew Bailey. The agency claims the ruling violates HIPAA and continues a politically motivated investigation against transgender and gender-expansive youth.
