Senate Ad-Hoc Committee reports Port Harcourt Refinery in Nigeria to resume operations by end of Dec, aligning with Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda. The refinery's operation aims to boost Nigeria's economy by reducing import of petroleum products and increasing locally generated revenue. The Woji-Aleto-Alesa-Refinery Road, now 70% complete, will provide a bypass for easy access to the refinery and help reduce traffic on the East-West Road.
