PNP to take DPP extension case to Privy Council if needed, as Constitutional Court rules it unconstitutional.

The People's National Party (PNP) is prepared to take the matter of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Paula Llewellyn's tenure extension to the Privy Council if necessary, after the Constitutional Court ruled the extension unconstitutional. The government plans to appeal the ruling. PNP President Mark Golding stated that the party is prepared to go to the nation's highest appeal court to defend the ruling.
