Mississippi River Bridge reopened on April 20 after safety repairs since February 25.

The Mississippi River Bridge connecting Lansing, Iowa, and Crawford County, Wisconsin, reopened on April 20 after being closed for safety repairs since February 25. The bridge underwent repairs, including replacing two piers with new ones supported by 100-feet deep steel pipe pilings. The bridge's trusses were also removed and reset, passing inspection by a qualified bridge inspector.
