The Dutch privacy watchdog AP has recommended that government organizations in the Netherlands stop using Facebook, as it is unclear how the platform processes personal data of users who visit government pages. AP chairman Aleid Wolfsen said that visitors should be able to trust that their data is secure, and the government may be forced to stop using Facebook if concerns about data privacy are not addressed.
