Cunard adds Queen Anne, its first new ship in 14 years, to its fleet for a maiden voyage to Lisbon on May 3.
Cunard has officially welcomed its new ship, Queen Anne, into its fleet during a handover ceremony at Fincantieri shipyard in Italy. The 114,000-ton vessel, which can carry up to 3,000 passengers, will set sail for Southampton ahead of its maiden voyage to Lisbon on May 3. The Queen Anne is the first new ship for Cunard in 14 years and will mark the first time since 1999 that the company will have four ships in simultaneous service.
