The University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder) has appointed Justin Schwartz as its new chancellor, effective July 1. Schwartz currently serves as executive vice president and provost at Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). The appointment comes after a 6-month search following the retirement of Philip DiStefano, CU Boulder's longest-serving chancellor.
