7 individuals were arrested in March following a multi-jurisdictional drug investigation targeting mid-level drug trafficking activity in the Cowichan Valley, British Columbia. The operation, led by the North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP Street Crime Unit, resulted in the seizure of large quantities of drugs such as fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine, weapons, and cash from four homes in Duncan and one in Sooke. The investigation began in November and aims to significantly impact drug supply in the region and make communities safer.
