63-year-old woman visiting Portland to attend her grandson's graduation was sexually assaulted on a TriMet platform in Hillsboro in June 2023. Eduardo Guillermo Madrid-Roque, a 29-year-old man, faces multiple sex abuse charges in connection with the incident. The victim, who had taken prescription medication and had a glass of wine, became heavily intoxicated and was found unconscious on the sidewalk at the transit center.
