A fourth man, Wayne Deegan (26), has been charged with the murder of Tristan Sherry, who fatally shot another man, Jason Hennessy Sr (48), in Browne's Steakhouse in Dublin on Christmas Eve. Deegan was initially accused of attacking Sherry, violent disorder, and producing a knife as a weapon but had been refused bail in January. Following direction from the Director of Public Prosecutions, Deegan is now charged with Sherry's murder.
