21-year-old Leo'oolo Tevaseu has been arrested on charges of open murder and child abuse in North Las Vegas, after an infant was found not breathing at their apartment. The child was later pronounced dead, and NLVPD detectives identified Tevaseu as the victim's uncle. The Clark County Coroner's Office will release the infant's identification, cause, and manner of death.
