2 persons of interest identified in deadly Florida carjacking, kidnapping. Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma released names Friday of two persons of interest in the carjacking and killing of a South Florida woman. One suspect, Jordanish Torres-Garcia, 28, has been arrested and is believed to be the masked gunman captured on video. The investigation led to the discovery that Torres-Garcia had purchased the green Acura sedan seen following the victim as she drove in Winter Springs. The car was later recovered by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
