A dead teenager and seven living children were found in a deplorable, unsafe Boise, Idaho house. The Special Victims Unit Lieutenant described the conditions as among the worst he's seen. The Ada County Coroner is investigating the death, and Boise Police are working with the Special Victims Unit. The children have been taken into the custody of the Department of Health and Welfare; no charges have been filed.
