Universal Studios Japan's Donkey Kong Country-themed expansion for Super Nintendo World, initially scheduled for spring 2024, has been delayed to "late 2024." The expansion will now fully integrate into the existing Mushroom Kingdom park. No reason for the delay was provided, and the company apologized for any inconvenience caused. The Donkey Kong area will feature a new rollercoaster called Mine Cart Madness.
