Slack's AI upgrade has rolled out to all paid users, offering a range of new features such as channel recaps and thread summaries. The AI service, initially introduced in 2023, summarizes conversations for users and is now available for $10 per user per month on Slack Pro and Business+ plans. Salesforce, Slack's parent company, has expanded the AI's language support to include Spanish and Japanese, with more languages expected to follow.
