SDX Energy sells West Gharib interests in Egypt for $6.6M to fund Moroccan expansion and energy transition strategy.

SDX Energy has signed a binding sale and purchase agreement for the disposal of its West Gharib interests in Egypt for an estimated $6.6 million. The deal involves New Horizons LLC and NPC Petroleum Services Ltd as buyers. The London-based energy company aims to use proceeds from the sale to expand its cash-generative operations in Morocco. This deal is part of SDX's strategy to fully exit Egypt, grow its Moroccan assets, and execute on its energy transition strategy.
