3 San Jose residents arrested for kidnapping, torture and robbery after allegedly attacking a man they believed had stolen purses. Suspects Duc Nguyen, 49, Kim Ho, 50, and Dayton Pham, 30, were booked into Santa Clara County Jail. The victim was held against his will and tortured multiple times before being released. Police discovered the victim's injuries after he transported himself to a local hospital.
