Commissioners in Salem, Ohio delayed approval of a 16.207-acre land annexation from Perry Township, due to concerns about water and sewer utilities. The land, owned by J&M Builders, is near U.S. Route 62/state Route 45 bypass. Commissioners also heard requests for oversight of a proposed solid waste landfill in West Point, which is in the public comment phase.
