Prichard City Councilman Derrick Griffin indicted on six counts of insurance fraud.
Prichard City Councilman Derrick Griffin has been indicted by a Mobile County grand jury on six counts of insurance fraud for allegedly misrepresenting his ownership of multiple vehicles to several insurance companies. The new charges follow an initial indictment in December on two counts of fraudulent representations in connection with an insurance policy. Griffin now faces a total of six insurance fraud charges.
