The Philadelphia Phillies and NEST have launched the Skilled Trades All-Star Program, a series of educational events aimed at inspiring local youth towards careers in skilled trades. The program, starting with students from Mercy Career & Technical High School on April 24, will provide behind-the-scenes access to Citizens Bank Park operations, covering aspects like HVAC, groundskeeping, carpentry, and maintenance. Aligned with NEST's Skilled Trades Advisory Council mission, the initiative aims to highlight essential roles in the industry.
