The incident occurred when Rueben's Toyota Tacoma crossed the median on U.S. 93 and collided with a Freightliner commercial vehicle heading north. The crash is under investigation by the Nevada Highway Patrol Northern Command East Multi-Disciplinary Investigation and Reconstruction Team.
