Pembroke Community Watch Program formed in 2020, creating five neighborhood watch zones.

Pembroke Community Watch Program, a partnership with Pembroke Police Services Board, Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, and the City of Pembroke, has held its first meeting in January 2020. Since then, five neighbourhood watch zones have been created, with another on the way. Volunteers have canvassed their neighborhoods for support in creating these zones. The program aims to create safe, welcoming communities by encouraging citizens to look out for each other.
