The NFL has cleared Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers following an investigation into allegations of a domestic incident. The Baltimore County police had initially investigated the matter but suspended it in February without filing any charges against the 23-year-old. The NFL's review found insufficient evidence to support a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy, and Flowers remains eligible to participate in all team activities.
